ORDER: The Panel confirmed the Interim Conditions of Practice Order confirmed on 08 April 2024 as follows:

1. You must confine your professional practice to a single employer, excluding agency and bank work.

2. You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a clinical supervisor (at least a band 6 Dietitian), registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator and supply details of your supervisor the HCPC within 7 days of starting with an employer.

3. You must attend upon that supervisor as required and follow their advice and recommendations. That supervision must include individual supervision and may include, if advised by the supervisor, peer group discussion.

4. You must maintain all your clinical records in accordance with the HCPC record keeping standards. These records must be made available for inspection at any time by any person authorised to act on behalf of the HCPC.

5. You must allow your supervisor to provide information to the HCPC about your progress and performance as a Dietitian.

6. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by your current employer or take up any other or further employment.

7. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceeding taken against you by your employer.

8. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

a) any organisation or person employing or contacting with you to undertake professional work;

b) any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 03 May 2025 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available.
