ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that, for a period of 18 months you, Miss Victoria Obianke must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1. You are to confine any work you undertake to a singular NHS Ambulance Trust

2. You are only to accept employment with an NHS Ambulance Trust if, at the time of the offer of employment, you are offered a comprehensive preceptorship programme for Newly Qualified Paramedics, this programme to include (i) a detailed induction programme and (ii) a period of supernumerary practice with regular, detailed and documented reviews.

3. For the avoidance of doubt, the effect of conditions (1) and (2) is that you are not to undertake any agency Paramedic work.

4. After the completion of your period of supernumerary practice you must not practice as a Paramedic unless you are directly supervised by a Band 6 or above Registered Paramedic until your employer has assessed your competency and provided a report to the HCPC confirming that you meet the standards for a newly qualified Paramedic.

5. In applying for any post which would satisfy condition (2), you are to provide the Trust during your application process these conditions of practice

6. If you take up any employment as a Paramedic you are to notify the HCPC within seven days of your offer of employment and, with that notification, provide details to the HCPC of the induction programme that you will undergo and the arrangements that have been made for the period of supernumerary practice.

7. You must place yourself and remain under the supervision of a named Paramedic workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC. If you take up any employment as a Paramedic, you must complete a Personal Development Plan with your workplace supervisor which you must send to the HCPC within three months of the operative date.

8. At least 10 days before the date of any review of this Interim Order, you are to request the NHS Ambulance Trust, by which you are employed, to provide a concise report on your progress in your employment and submit the report to the HCPC, at least five days in advance of the review so that it can be considered by the reviewing panel.

9. In the event of any NHS Ambulance Trust by which you are employed, commencing disciplinary and / or competency action against you, you are to notify the HCPC immediately.
