Order
ORDER: The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 15 February 2023 and as varied on 29 November 2024 is confirmed. The conditions are as follows:
1A. You must remain under the supervision of Mr Christopher Johnston as your workplace supervisor.
1B. In the event that it is not practicable for Mr Christopher Johnston to continue as your workplace supervisor, you must place yourself and remain under the supervision of another workplace supervisor. That other workplace supervisor must be registered by the HCPC or other appropriate statutory regulator, but need not be a registered Paramedic. You must supply details of this other workplace supervisor to the HCPC within two weeks of Mr Johnston ceasing to undertake that role.
1C. You must attend upon your workplace supervisor as required but at least every six weeks to review your work and conduct towards female colleagues. You must follow their advice and recommendations. You must provide a report from your supervisor for the next review Panel.
1. You must limit electronic communication with colleagues to that necessary for work purposes.
2. You must not initiate contact with colleagues or communicate with them via the social media platforms Snapchat and Facebook.
3. You must register with and remain under the care of a General Practitioner and Psychotherapist and inform him or her that you are subject to these conditions.
4. You must inform your General Practitioner and Psychotherapist about these conditions of practice and authorise that person to provide the HCPC with information about your health and any treatment you are receiving.
5. You must keep your professional commitments under review and limit your professional practice in accordance with the advice of your General Practitioner and Psychotherapist.
6. You must cease practising immediately if you are advised to do so by your General Practitioner and Psychotherapist.
7. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by your current employer or take up any other or further employment.
8. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.
9. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with; and,
C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).
Notes
This Order is due to expire on 15 August 2024, unless extended by the High Court, but may be reviewed prior to that date if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
