Allegation
As a registered Operating Department Practitioner (ODP32480) your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct. In that:
1. On or around 19 September 2022 you communicated inappropriately with a member of the public in that you sent a Facebook message that stated:
a. "you can always go back to where you came from" and / or;
b. "I hate foreigners like you".
2. The matter set out in particular 1 constitutes misconduct.
3. By reason of misconduct, your fitness to practise is impaired.
