As a registered paramedic your fitness to practise is impaired by reason of misconduct. In
that:

1. Between April 2021 and June 2021, you did not maintain appropriate professional
boundaries towards Student A, in that:
a) You sent Whatsapp text messages to Student A in the terms set out in Schedule A.
b) You made inappropriate comments to Student A:
i. Whilst in the gym you said words to the effect of "you look nice" and "your bum looks good".
ii. Whilst in the pub you told Student A that she looked nice and that she should be cautious of a third year male student.
iii. Whilst in a car with Student A you told her that you would have sex with her.
iv. You told Student A that you had an open marriage and that your wife would be fine about it if you had sex with her.
c) You asked Student A about her sexual history.
2. Your conduct in relation to particular 1 was sexually motivated.
3. The matters set out in particulars 1 and 2 above constitute misconduct
4. By reason of your misconduct, your fitness to practise is impaired.
