The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register to show that, for a period of 18 months from the date this Order comes into effect, you, Mr Euwan Osbourne, must comply with the following interim conditions of practice: -

1. You must not carry out any private practice work as a physiotherapist on self-employed basis;

2. You must not carry out any on-call work;

3. You must work on-site for any in-person consultations as directed by your employer;

4. You must not treat any female patient, whether in person or by video conferencing, without a chaperone, who does not need to be registered with the HCPC, being present;

5. Where you have treated a female patient either in person or by video conference, you must keep a record of each female patient you have treated and have this countersigned by the chaperone;

6. You must provide a copy of these records to the HCPC 14 days before the date of the next review hearing or, alternatively, confirm that there have been no such cases during that period. You must make these records available for inspection at all reasonable times by any person authorised to act on behalf of the HCPC;

7. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you cease to be employed by your current employer or take up any other or further employment;

8. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer;

9. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
A. any organisation employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and
C. any prospective employer (at the time of application).

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 21 August 2023 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
