ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that, you, Mr Aron Moorhouse, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1. You must not engage in the provision of direct or video-conference services to patients.

2. You must limit your services to work (which may include triage, review, advisory or administrative tasks) without contact with patients, except where it is reasonably necessary to contact a patient by email or telephone for the purpose of clarifying information.

3. You must disclose the fact that you are subject to criminal proceedings and HCPC regulatory investigations to any prospective employer or agency.

4. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you take up employment as a physiotherapist.

5. You must promptly inform the HCPC of any disciplinary proceedings taken against you by your employer.

6. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:

A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work; 

B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and

C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).

If extended by the High Court, this order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 13 October 2022 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
