Hearing in Private
1. The Panel noted that this case references a health matter and, accordingly, includes the private life of the Registrant. The Panel considered whether the hearing should be held in private. While the Panel considered that the personal details of the Registrant's health should be kept private, it did consider whether there were other matters which could be distinguished from health. The Panel concluded that the only issue before it is one of health and that this is inextricably linked with the decision it needs to make. In these circumstances it determined that the entirety of the hearing should proceed in private.

2. The Panel approves the Voluntary Removal Agreement and the withdrawal of the Suspension Order.
3. The Withdrawal Notice and the VRA are annexed.
