Publication policy
Hearings and the allegations to be heard are listed on the HCPTS website four weeks before the date of the hearing in accordance with the Fitness to Practice Publications Policy. Decisions are published online in accordance with this policy. If you have a query about a decision please contact us.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, all of our hearings are taking place either remotely on the papers, or virtually.
If you wish to attend a virtual hearing please contact a member of the Tribunal Service Team via email, tsteam@hcpts-uk.org or if you are a journalist please contact, press@hcpc-uk.org. We will continue to publish all hearing outcomes in line with our publication policy.
