Sanctions Policy document

When considering, what, if any sanction to impose the Panel will have regard to the HCPC Sanctions Policy. The policy does not set a fixed 'tariff' of sanctions but is intended to help Panels make fair, consistent and transparent decisions. Panels are free to deviate from that policy but are expected to provide clear reasons for doing so.
