Allegation
As a registered Biomedical Scientist (BS67141) your fitness to practise is
impaired by reason of conviction. In that:
1. On 1 October 2019, you were convicted at Buckinghamshire
Magistrates Court of failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis
on 30 July 2019, contrary to section 7(6) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and
Schedule 2 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
2. On 20 September 2019, you were convicted at North West London
Magistrates’ Court of:
a. driving a mechanically propelled vehicle dangerously on a road on 7
June 2019, contrary to Section 2 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and
Schedule 2 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988;
b. failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis on 7 June 2019,
contrary to section 7(6) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 of the
Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
3. By reason of your conviction(s) your fitness to practise is impaired
