Allegation

 The allegation against you is as follows: 

1. On 14 January 2017, you:

a. caused Person A to trip whilst they were carrying Child A 
b. backed Person A into a corner 
c. poured a bottle of milk over Person A and Child A 
d. followed Person A and Child A upstairs to Child B’s bedroom and pushed Person A onto a bed 
e. grabbed Child B’s arms and pushed them to prevent them from calling the police.

2. On 16 July 2017, you: 

a. pinned Person A to a bed 
b. took Person A’s phone to prevent them from calling for help 
c. pulled Person A with enough force to: 
i. rip their T-shirt, and 
ii. leave marks on Person A’s chest and throat 

3. On 12 November 2017, you: 

a. shouted at Person A to drive around football supporters walking in the road, when this was not safe and/or legal for Person A to do, and 
b. punched the car windscreen, causing it to crack, whilst Child A was in the car. 

4. On 16 September 2018 you pinned and held Child A to the floor, causing them to scream and panic. 

5. On 2 February 2019 you had non-consensual sex with Person A. 

6. On 28 April 2019 you ran at Person A with a heavy leather sandal and said, “I’m going to kick the f***king sh*t out of you until you listen to me, and I will kill you, and don’t think I won’t carry it through this time because [sic] I will”, or words to that effect.

7. On 23 March 2020 you snatched Person A’s mobile phone from them, twisted their arm and refused to give the mobile phone back to Person A. 

8. On 27 April 2020 you pushed Person A onto the banister of a staircase. 

9. The matters set out in Particulars 1 and/or 2 and/or 3 and/or 4 and/or 5 and/or 6 and/or 7 and/or 8 above constitute misconduct. 

10.By reason of your misconduct your fitness to practise is impaired.
