Order
The Interim Conditions of Practice Order made on 8 November 2023 is confirmed.
1. You must confine your professional practice to employment as a newly qualified paramedic.
2. Whilst working as a newly qualified paramedic, you must work under the direct supervision of a registered paramedic and provide the HCPC before each review of this Interim Order with a report from your supervisor relating to your current practice.
3. You must inform the HCPC if you take up employment as a paramedic and provide details of your employer.
4. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
A. any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
B. any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and
C. any prospective employer (at the time of your application).
Notes
This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 10 August 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
