ORDER: The Registrar is directed to annotate the Register on an interim basis to show that, for a period of 18 months, you, Robert A Senior, must comply with the following conditions of practice:

1.You must confine your professional practice to a managerial roleand shall, if involved in clinical practise, only treat persons aged18 years of age and older.

2.You must place yourself and remain under the indirect supervisionof a workplace supervisor registered by the HCPC or otherappropriate statutory regulator and supply details of yoursupervisor to the HCPC within 7 days of commencing work.

3.The workplace supervisor to provide a report on compliance withthese conditions 14 days prior to any review of the Interim Order.

4.You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you cease to beemployed by your current employer.

5.You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you take up anyother or further professional work.

6.You must inform the HCPC within seven days if you take up workrequiring registration with a professional body outside the UnitedKingdom and

7.You must inform the HCPC within seven days of returning topractice in the United Kingdom.

8.You must inform the HCPC within seven days of becoming awareof:
A.any patient safety incident you are involved in;
B.any investigation started against you; and
C.any disciplinary proceedings taken against you.

9.You must inform the following parties that your registration issubject to these conditions:
A.any organisation or person employing or contracting with youto undertake professional work;
B.any agency you are registered with or apply to be registeredwith to undertake professional work (at the time of application);
C.any prospective employer for professional work (at the time ofyour application);
D.any organisation through which you are undertakingprofessional training;

10. You must allow the HCPC to share, as necessary, details about your performance, compliance with, and/or progress under theseconditions with:
A.any organisation or person employing or contracting with youto undertake professional work;
B.any agency you are registered with or apply to be registeredwith to undertake professional work (at the time of application);
C.any prospective employer for professional work (at the time ofyour application);
D.any organisation through which you are undertakingprofessional training;

This order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 29 July 2024 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
