Order
ORDER: The Registrar is directed to impose an Interim Conditions of Practice Order for a period of 18 months from the date that this Order takes effect to show that you, Mr John D O Wood, must comply with the following conditions of practice:
1. You must not treat any person under the age of 18 years.
2. You must promptly inform the HCPC if you are charged by the police in relation to the matters under investigation.
3. You must inform the following parties that your registration is subject to these conditions:
A. Any organisation or person employing or contracting with you to undertake professional work;
B. Any agency you are registered with or apply to be registered with (at the time of application); and
C. Any prospective employer (at the time of your application).
Notes
This Order will be reviewed by the Committee no later than 22 February 2025 or earlier if new evidence which is relevant to the Order becomes available after it was made.
