From Monday 15 July 2019 the HCPC's Sanctions Policy will be used by the Panel's in hearings to determine the most appropriate sanction to be imposed.
This was the Health and Care Professions Council’s indicative policy on how sanctions should be applied by Practice Committee Panels in fitness to practise cases and is to be used for reference only.
