The regulation of social workers has now moved to Social Work England

This website contains only historic information on social worker tribunals which took place prior to the transfer.

Details of tribunal outcomes since the transfer, on 2 December 2019, can be found on Social Work England’s website www.socialworkengland.org.uk. 

All existing cases, new complaints and queries about the fitness to practise of social workers are now being handled by Social Work England.

If you are involved in a current case Social Work England will be in touch shortly with information on how the case will be managed going forwards.
