Journalists attending hearings

You are welcome to attend any hearing that is public. To attend you must call the HCPTS press office so we are aware of your presence. Please also read our hearing rules and guidelines.

Information about hearings

All HCPTS hearings are held in public, except when there is a need for a hearing to discuss confidential information for example about a registrant's health, or when the Panel decides that the circumstances of the case outweigh the public interest.

Hearing dates

We list details of cases four weeks before the date of the hearing in accordance with our publication policy.
